Deposits on pups are non-refundable. I will accept deposits via Postal money orders,cashiers check and cash. If
deposits cannot be given in cash,I recommend using express mail to get it to me the next day, as pups are not held until the
deposit is received. Deposits will be forfeited,if you change your mind about pup, or dont show up with the balance.
Holding: I will hold a pup with a deposit, for an exact amount of time, usually no more than 10 days. There
are exceptions, but that is the general rule. My holding a pup for you is a favor from me to you, I gain nothing from this
favor. If while pup is being held, and the pup dies, I will refund deposit. If while being held, the pup gets diarhea or kennel
cough, I will keep pup until the problem is gone or you can take possession of pup. Every effort is made
to present a healthy pup at pick up. Rarely does something negative happen during the holding period, but this does bear mentioning.
BROWSING, when a potential buyer calls or emails about a specific pup, that pup and only that pup are to be shown to the buyer.
This helps me keep pups free from possible disease exposure. When people "shop around" for pups and handle various pups from
various breeders disease can be inadvertently spread. This also applies to my breeder dogs, i am happy to email pictures of
my moms and dads, but walking about my kennel area and touching dogs is not allowed. Once a deposit has been recieved on a
pup, that pup will not be shown to other potential buyers. I recommend that when a pup leaves with a buyer that pup be
kept away from public parks, pet stores and other places where disease can live, I dont recommend letting strangers pet
the pup for the same reason.
